White Belt One-Step Combinations

Kids learn 1-3, Adults 1-5

One Step # 1
Ready stance
1. Left foot steps into front stance, left high block
2. Right reverse punch
3. Slide left leg back even with right leg
4. Right front kick (yell)

One Step #2 (all moves on the right side)
Ready stance
1. Right foot steps forward into back stance, right inner forearm block
2. Right hand back fist
3. Right leg side kick (yell)

One Step #3
Ready stance
1. Left leg crescent kick block (land with right side toward front)
2. Right leg side kick, land in right back stance (right leg is toward front)
3. Right knife hand strike (yell)

One Step #4
Ready stance
1. Right leg front kick, right leg lands to the right in an evade/front stance
2. Left leg side kick toward front, land left leg forward in a back stance
3. Left hand horizontal hammerfist
4. Shift left foot to left into a front stance and reverse punch with right
hand (yell)

One Step #5
Ready Stance
1. Left leg crescent kick
2. Right leg front kick/side kick combo, land right foot forward in a back
stance
3. Right hand back fist
4. Shift right foot to right into right front stance, reverse punch (yell)

 

Yellow Belt One-Step Combinations

Kids learn 1-3, Adults 1-5

One Step # 1
Ready stance
1. Left front kick, land left foot forward in left front stance, left outer
forearm block
2. Right reverse punch
3. Slide left foot back even with right foot
4. Right leg round kick (yell)

One Step # 2
Ready stance
1. Left crescent kick block
2. Right leg front kick/round kick combination
    land right foot beside left foot
    you should be facing toward the back
3. Left spin side kick toward front (yell)
 
One Step # 3
Ready stance
1. Step right foot forward, pivot into sitting stance facing left wall, right
outside block
2. Right back fist
3. Right side kick
    land right foot beside left foot
    you should be facing toward the back
4. Left spin crescent kick toward front (yell)

One Step # 4
Ready stance
1. Right foot steps to right, land in right front stance, left reverse outer
forearm block
2. Left side kick toward front
3. Right spin crescent kick
4. Left double round kick, land left foot forward in left back stance
5. Left backfist
6. Shift left foot to left front stance, right reverse ridgehand high

One Step # 5
Ready stance
1. Step left foot forward into left back stance, left double knifehand block
2. Right reverse punch middle
3. Left hook punch high
4. Left side kick
5. Right spin side kick (yell)
 

Orange Belt Sparring Combinations

Ready stance is one foot forward and both fists up in guard position

1. Front leg skip side kick
2. Rear leg front kick/round kick combination
    set kicking leg down toward front
3. Front hand backfist
4. Reverse punch (yell)

1. Front leg jump front kick
    land kicking leg forward
2. Front hand punch
3. Reverse punch
4. Two rear leg round kicks
5. Spin side kick (yell)

Sparring combination # 4
1. Front hand backfist
2. Front leg side kick
3. Spin side kick
4. Rear leg jump round kick

Sparring combination # 5
1. Front hand punch
