| Kids learn 1-3, Adults 1-5 One Step # 1 Ready stance 1. Left front kick, land left foot forward in left front stance, left outer forearm block 2. Right reverse punch 3. Slide left foot back even with right foot 4. Right leg round kick (yell) One Step # 2 Ready stance 1. Left crescent kick block 2. Right leg front kick/round kick combination land right foot beside left foot you should be facing toward the back 3. Left spin side kick toward front (yell) One Step # 3 Ready stance 1. Step right foot forward, pivot into sitting stance facing left wall, right outside block 2. Right back fist 3. Right side kick land right foot beside left foot you should be facing toward the back 4. Left spin crescent kick toward front (yell) One Step # 4 Ready stance 1. Right foot steps to right, land in right front stance, left reverse outer forearm block 2. Left side kick toward front 3.
